I started SimpliciTEA after not being able to find affordable natural remedies for my sleep problems, period cramps, anxiety & many more.  I wanted to take care of myself naturally as a part of my self-care routine instead of taking over-the-counter pills with unknown effects on my body.

That is when, with a huge passion for teas & herbs, I started SimpliciTEA. My mission is to support busy women like yourself with your daily routines and encourage you to prioritize your well-being.
